Description:
Northbound coal train on the long gone ex-NYC (T&OC) line through Fostoria. The N&W diamonds are under the lead truck of the third unit. View looks south down the former C&O. PC 8094 was later CR 8094, is extant as CSXT 2735. Today's railfan platform is built on the site of the old brick "Pork Packers" building in the right background. Month and year of this photo correct, exact date approximate.
